on 1994, family who was dedicated to the construction business, bought the landing located at 1373 Viamonte St. intending to start an office`s builiding, motivated by the strategic area of the city.
On 1996, before starting the construction, and after realizing a future increasing of the Tourism market in Argentina, they decided to build what would later be Viamonte Suites Apart Hotel.
The builiding´s history has always been deeply related to the Asociacion del Futbol Argentino (AFA) and its people, because of the proximities and the commercial relationship with this institution, which nowadays remain exactly the same.
