At the beginning of the 20th century when Argentina was one of the seven most powerfull countries in the world, som European enterprises were looking the best places in Buenos Aires City to settle down.
In that context, in 1905 a footwear enterprise from Switzerland began the construction of their luxurious offices in Argentina; finishing them in 1912. It remained there until 1974, when our country was on crisis, and a lot of foreign enterprises left these lands. So the building became in one of the best places for repair clocks and jewels of the City. After that in 2002 began a full recycling of the building recovering the shine that it had a century ago, becoming in Tribeca Buenos Aires Apart, a place where you can find modern installations to offer better service, surrounded in a scenery that combines history and innovation.
