Forcadell Apartments” is a Professional Project on Hotel Management specially intended to manage temporary rents of units for tour operators, general tourists, as well as for important corporation companys.
The first Project was in Microcentro, the second “Forcadell Apartments” building, is located at Av. Libertador 14.257, Martínez, begun services on October 2008. 27 exclusive apartments and lofts between 40 and 60 m2 are part of the facilities of this hotel management project. The project was carried out by Estudio Buenos Aires: Arch. Carlos Cecchi (s), Miguel Altuna and Emilio Bullrich. The Engineers César Driollet Laspiur and Pablo Arnaudo were in charge of technical direction and Forcadell Argentina S.A., of Management and Fiduciary Administration. Gianni Berelli worked in the decoration of the units.
New generation equipment and a very high quality of service are available in all the apartments and Lofts. The Resto-Bar Ciento8, with the food service and the selected wine vault inside the building, is in charge of the Executive Chef Marcelo Assisa.
